Molly Kellogg is President, CEO and Chairman of Hubbard-Hall, a provider of chemicals and formulated surface finishing specialties for industrial manufacturing. Founded in 1849 as Apothecaries Hall, the company has been led by 6 generations of the Kellogg family. Molly holds a BA in Comparative Literature from Princeton University and an MBA from INSEAD (Fontainebleau, France). After college, she worked on various political campaigns before joining Hubbard-Hall in 1993. Molly spent 20 years running the company's Wilmington, MA division, serving as Executive VP with responsibility for corporate strategy before becoming President & CEO in 2014 and Chairman in 2019. In addition to leading her family's business, Molly serves on industry, association, and philanthropic boards.

Grant Copeland is the President and Chief Creative Officer of WORX, a Connecticut-based branding, digital, and marketing firm. Copeland is regarded as one of the country's top brand and creative strategists – having won dozens of awards in branding, identity, print, advertising, web, television, radio, video, packaging, and environmental design. He has built brands and led multichannel sales and marketing campaigns for many B2B companies including Iron Mountain, ASSA ABLOY, Drew Marine, Koster Keunen, and EBP Supply Solutions. Robin has worked as a wastewater operator, holding a physical/chemical wastewater license in the state of North Carolina. She has also completed the wastewater treatment plant operations specialist certificate program at Sacramento State University. Robin speaks frequently at events, educating and helping to work toward finding efficient ways to transform into a leaner treatment process.
